Chae Dobson is a licensed tax attorney with over a decade of experience advising businesses and high net worth individuals across the United States. She graduated with her Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, AL in 2008. After graduating from Cumberland, Chae moved to beautiful Miami to attend the very competitive University of Miami Graduate Law program in Taxation. She received her LL.M with a specialization in International Taxation in 2009. In 2008, she passed the Alabama Bar and in 2010 she passed the Georgia Bar. She is a member of the Alabama Bar and the United States Tax Court.

Chae started her legal career as a litigator as well as legal counsel for County Government where she advised on tax controversy issues. Following this, Chae went on to work for an International Tax Firm traveling throughout the United States consulting hundreds of businesses in diverse industries, such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Construction, Healthcare, Retail, Real Estate, Agriculture, Architecture & Engineering on tax strategies in the areas of entity structuring, asset protection, retirement, estate planning and business succession. While traveling, Chae became an expert in teaching these strategies to shareholders and key management.

 

Chae is an avid speaker on traditional and advanced tax strategies.  She has spoken at several Conferences, including Dental and Pharmacy Conferences, and presented several American Dental Association (A.D.A.) approved Continuing Education courses on Practice Management to Dental Associations across the United States.

 

Chae is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and is passionate about serving her community as well as serving her veterans community. Her father served in the U.S. Military and retired after thirty (30) years of service–Retired as Colonel. Chae thanks all of our military service members and veterans for serving our country. Chae is equally devoted to her family and she is the proud mother of two children.
